Come visit the Chamonix Valley


The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Argentière, close to shops and the train station, but nevertheless completely quiet, set back from the main street.
Chamonix town centre is 15 minutes away (car, train or bus).
Come and admire Mont Blanc, the needles and the glaciers. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the apartment and the terrace.

The accommodation

All inclusive:

  • High speed WiFi

  • The beds will already be made upon your arrival.

  • The linen kit is provided: sheets, bath towels and tea towels.

  • The complete end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

A arrival kit will be provided: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods and toilet paper.

The apartment, completely renovated in 2023, is on the second and last floor of a beautiful, perfectly maintained residence. It benefits from a triple exposure, with the living space entirely facing south towards the most beautiful panorama of the valley.

 

You will have a living space comprising:

  • a large entrance

  • a dining area for 6 people

  • a fitted kitchen (large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob).

  • a living room with a very high ceiling, also decorated with a decorative fireplace, with armchairs and a convertible sofa offering an additional bed of 140x190.

  • An office area is also available for travelers who need to work remotely. The apartment has an internet connection via a high-speed WIFI hotspot.

The living room opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace where you can also have your meals.

 

You will have a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a very large built-in closet, with its own television.

 

The modern and bright bathroom has a large Italian shower, a toilet, a sink and a towel dryer. A washer-dryer is also available.

 

From the entrance of the apartment, you can access the staircase to a mezzanine area in which there is a play / reading area and 2 sleeping areas each with 1 90x190 bed. Please note: the mezzanine is mainly intended for young children or teenagers because the available ceiling height is reduced.
At the entrance of the building, you will also have a ski locker and a private outdoor parking space.

 

Amenities:
Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, pubs: 2 minutes walk. Weekly local market every Sunday.
SNCF train station and bus stop: 2 minutes walk.
To get to the Grands Montets gondola: 8 minutes on foot or by bus. You will access one of the highest peaks of a ski area in France (3300 m above sea level).
Geneva International Airport is 1 hour 20 minutes away by car.

Equipment available:
For the little ones: a booster seat and a travel cot.
For your entertainment: high-speed internet connection, televisions with TNT channels, DVD player. Books and DVDs available on site. Several board games also available.
To enjoy: coffee maker, toaster, fondue set, raclette set, pierrade and grill, soup mixer, kettle.
Bathroom: hair dryer, hair straightener.
An iron is also available.
